Rachele Gonzaga- Previous Head of Sustainability at Swarovski

Rachele Gonzaga first set up the sustainability department at Swarovski in 2012, before becoming Head of Sustainability Communications in 2018. Over the course of 8 years, Gonzaga built up the department with employee programs such as “Conscious Living” and by speaking at internal events. Gonzaga also developed the first global sustainability e-learning module, with the Swarovski Learning Academy.
